End of day 1 and...

A total success!

Sydney successfully pottied on the potty every single time, and pooped too. She told me each time she needed to potty-which has never happened before for the whole day. When she was almost potty trained before it was because I just sat her on the potty every hour-which I guess now that I think about it, it's not really potty training.

I am a little nervous for tonight-she tried to potty twice before bedtime and nothing happened. Eek. I am hoping for a dry bed tomorrow morning. Maybe I'll do the potty queen suggestion and wake her up in a little bit to try to potty again. Oh well, that's what the four blankets on her bed are for.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that tomorrow is as successful. We have soccer in the morning but hopefully that will work out. Other than that, we are hanging out at home, next to the potty for the next couple of days.

Go Sydney!! You can do it.

Keep us posted. I decided to copy and start Maddy today on the program too. Hopefully she will be potty trained by the time we get to Seattle. :)
